Tantra Fitness FAQ
We get asked a lot of questions about Pole Fitness, our classes, locations and just about everything else. Always feel comfortable asking us questions. Here's some of the most frequently asked questions. If you're looking for more information, please get in touch with us.
Class FAQ
These levels are not progressive. There are 2 series in level 101 and 202: Black (Static Pole) & Grey (Spin Pole). Black has 8 classes and Grey has 4 classes.
Start with Black or Grey series or take them both together.
Attend all shades of Black (8) and Grey (4) in any order. You will learn a spin and transition move combo in each class.
Repeat any series or class over again until you feel confident and ready to move to the next level.
Pole 303+
In each level of our Pole Fitness Program 303 and up, we have created 3 different series: A, B, and C. These series are NOT progressive - you can start with A, B, or C. Within each series, there are 4 progressive classes (Class 1-4). You want to stick with the 4 progressive classes within your choice of series, because by Class 4 you are putting the moves you have learned in Classes 1-3 into a sequence.
We recommend that you begin with an Intro to Pole. Intro to Pole will give an idea of what you will learn in the Pole 101 course. If you feel confident about starting Pole 101 right away, you may start with any class in either series (Black or Grey). Click HERE for more info on the Pole 101 series.
Register online by clicking HERE or call us at 604.738.7653, or e-mail us to reserve a spot. Payment must be taken prior to class to complete your reservation. Please note, all class fees and memberships are non-refundable, but you may reschedule your spot in class if 12 hours notice is given before the class.
