Linda Solomon interviews Tammy Morris, founder of Tantra Fitness for the Vancouver Observer. The interview is a fun conversation about where someone can start to get into Pole Fitness and have a great workout!
Solomon: If I came to you and said, I want to be in better shape and feel better what would you tell me to do?
Morris: Cardio strip tease. You’re going to sweat, because we add a lot of cardio to the cardio strip tease so for the first half of the class we are sweating and for the second routine we are doing this wonderful set that uses your core strength and you learn a routine. What you do with it is up to you.
