Flirty Fit Level 1
Get ready to dance your pants off! This is a moderate intensity Pole conditioning class aimed at practicing your freestyle skills! We sweat, condition and dance for the first 40 minutes, targeting specific "pole" muscles (ie. lats, obliques) The last 20 minutes of class is an Exotic dance style cool down 😉 We turn the lights down low and bring out the heels! ( Heels are optional) We encourage clients to take this class if you are working towards completing a routine or competing. Freestyle and cardio endurance make this class a serious workout 🙂 This class is suitable for beginners. One full series of 101 is recommended.
