Pussycat Dance
In this class you will learn how to shake your hips, strut your stuff and whip your hair like you mean it! This is an open level class but great for beginners and up. The class starts with a short warm up to loosen you up then into a quick stretch, followed by some core strengthening exercises. The last half of the class you will learn a short routine. Ranging from in-your-face sassiness to slower seductive routines. Don't forget to bring your HEELS to try this class out in! However heels are not mandatory.
