A full-body challenge designed to build strength, stability, and endurance! After warming our bodies through cardio sequences and killer tunes, we work through a series of exercises performed with a stability ball, including short bursts of cardio to keep our heart rates up. Moving through pairs of exercises no more than 40 seconds at a time, your mind will never become bored through repetition and you will find yourself able to push beyond your limits! Please bring a water bottle, and running shoes are highly recommended!
