This nutrition challenge starts on February 15th, 2017. Your first week will be tracking what you eat in a daily journal. At the end of the first week, Yolanda will host an informational workshop and kick-off the most transformative 12 weeks of your life. She will weigh and take measurements of each participant, as well as take your food journal for analysis so she can provide you with the appropriate meal plan for your first 2 weeks.

Every 2 weeks after, you will be weighed and measured at Tantra Fitness, and you will be given a new 2-week meal plan until 90 days is over. In addition, you will be given a suggested workout plan at Tantra Fitness set out by Founder and Head Instructor - Tammy Morris.

    Your 1 week food journal ends for your current diet. Being 100% honest will give you the best results at the end of your journey. You will hand in your food journal to Yolanda by end-of-day.

    Come meet Yolanda Hughes for tips, Q&A, weigh-ins, and measurements. Yolanda will also be assigning your customized meal plan today as well as a Tantra Fitness Workout Strategy.

    Your 12-Week transformation BEGINS! Meal plan and fitness plan in full effect. Every 2 weeks from here on, you will receive a new meal plan from Yolanda.

WHO IS YOLANDA?


Yolanda is professional fitness competitor who has won many titles and competed in numerous bodybuilding championships. Some of her biggest achievements include 2-time Arnold Classic Ms. International Champion (1997 & 1998), and first runner up in Ms. Olympia.

Yolanda is also a pole fitness enthusiast!

Yolanda has been a personal trainer for over 20 years and a sports nutrition expert. She coaches everyone from professional bodybuilders to everyday people looking for a healthier lifestyle, and thus, a better quality of life.
